Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on November 28, 2017 with the assistance of the Cuba Police Department, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Justice D. Zeager, age 19 of Cuba, on a Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Clarksville Court. Zeager was located at an address in Cuba and turned over to Deputies. Zeager was then processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set in the amount of $1,000 cash or $2,000 insurance company bond.

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on November 28, 2017  Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy J. Armstrong, age 32 of Cuba, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Armstrong was located at an address in Cuba, processed, and transported to Allegany County Family Court where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Armstrong is due to reappear in Allegany County Family Court on December 1, 2017 at 11:15 a.m. for additional court action.
