Wellsville Police arrested David W. Lampman, age 57 of
Harrison Valley, PA, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and
Failed to use designated lane. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on Park Avenue in the Village of
Wellsville. Lampman was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Lampman is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on November 14th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Dustin J. Leitzell, age 27 of
Scio, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd),
Following too closely and Misuse of a Dealer/Transportation plate. The charges stem from a two car property
damage motor vehicle accident on South Main Street in the Village of
Wellsville. Leitzell was issued traffic
citations and released. Leitzell is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 31st at 4:30 p.m. The operator of the other vehicle involved in
the accident was William T. Braun age 67 of Genesee, PA.
Wellsville Police arrested Joey L. Traylor, age 24 of
Wellsville, charging him with a Violation of Probation. Traylor was processed and transported to the
Allegany County Jail. Traylor is due to
appear in Allegany County Court at a later date.
