VILLAGE OF BOLIVAR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE
NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Bolivar on October 16, 2017 at 6:45 p.m. at the Town Hall regarding
the unqualified abandonment of the roads formerly known as Cuba Street and
Standard Lane. The Superintendent of Public Works has caused Certificates of
Unqualified Abandonment to be prepared and the certificates shall issue upon
approval of the Board of Trustees. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of
said proposed Certificates of Abandonment are available for review at the
Village Clerkʼs Office.
