On Saturday, Sean A. Tucker, 30, of Cuba was observed traveling north on State Route 19 in the Town of Scio and, according to police, failed to dim his high beams when the Troopers passed him traveling south. When Troopers attempted to stop Tucker, they say he fled the scene at a high rate of speed. Troopers searched the area with negative results, and soon after Troopers responded to a one car vehicle collision on County Road 20 in the Town of Angelica where they located Tucker’s unoccupied vehicle. Investigation revealed that Tucker was the alleged operator during the failure to comply and the collision as well. Tucker was arrested and transported to SP Amity where he registered a .06% BAC. He was charged with driving while ability impaired and fleeing police. Tucker was arraigned in the Town of Friendship Court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail and held on $2,500 bail.
