Wellsville Police arrested Dylan J. Randall, age 21 of Scio,
charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd), Speed in Zone
and Improper Passing. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville. Randall was issued traffic citations and
released. Randall is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on October 10th at 4:30 p.m.
