CAMPBELL, N.Y. (18 NEWS) - The man accused of hitting and seriously injuring a state trooper in an accident on I-86 back in May pled guilty to all charges, including misdemeanor reckless driving.
Trooper Craig Foglia had to be airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital, in Rochester, after his trooper car was hit from behind by a pickup truck driven by 78-year old Kenneth Aukett, of Westmont, New Jersey back on May 17. Click the link for more on the story from WETM.
