Wellsville Police arrested Christy L. Garippa, age 42 of
Wellsville, charging her with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place July 2nd on North Brooklyn Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Garippa was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.
Garippa was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail
or $2,000.00 property bond. Garippa is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested James A. Scotchmer, age 32 of Scio, charging
him with Failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous AUO 3rd
charge. Scotchmer, who is currently
incarcerated in the Allegany County Jail, was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor.
Scotchmer was returned to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail
or $1,000.00 property bond. Scotchmer is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 3rd at 4:30 p.m.
