Carrie M. Long, 44,  Rochester, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and a Window Tint Violation on September 8, and was released on an appearance ticket to resolve charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Lisa E. Holtz, 49, Avon, NY, was charged August 31, with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Holtz will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Andrew D. Ogrodowski, 21, Canandaigua, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding on August 28.  Ogrodowski will answer charges in Portage Town Court on a later date.

Jason W. Schauer, 40, Cohocton, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Broken Vehicle Glass on September 1.  Schauer was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Brittany L. Graham, 26, Dansville, NY, was arrested September 3, charged with Petit Larceny.  Graham will answer charges in North Dansville Town Court on a later date.

Angel M. Dejesus, 38, Dalton, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on September 6, and was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Nunda Town Court on a later date.

Keith M. Hennard, 34, Fillmore, NY, was arrested August 17, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and No/Inadequate Muffler.  Hennard will answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Annetta N. Barrett, 31, Friendship, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controllled Substance 7^th Degree, Criminal Impersonation and Tampering with Physical Evidence on August 17.  Following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court, Barrett was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $750 cash bail.  Barrett will return to Geneseo Town Court to address charges on a later date.

Travis S. Flint, 26, Dalton, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Improper/No Signal and Driving Across Hazardous Markings on September 5.  Following arraignment, Flint was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash bail.  Flint will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Matthew C. Isham, 30, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested August 30, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Failure to Keep Right and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.  Following arraignment in York Town Court, Isham was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond.  Isham will return to York Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Brittany E. Spath, 25, Caledonia, NY, was charged August 31, with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Speeding.  Spath will respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Colby R. Nagle, 27, Livonia, NY, was charged with Assault 3^rd Degree on September 4, and following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail.  Nagle will return to Livonia Town Court to address charges on a later date.

Stephen E. Warren, 39, Avon, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator on September 2.  Following arraignment in Lima Town Court, Warren was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $450 cash bail and will return to Lima Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Louis Bagnara III, 36, Rochester, NY, was charged September 4, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Speeding and Uninspected Motor Vehicle.  Bagnara will answer charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

Allen R. Russell, 37, Geneseo, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Broken Vehicle Glass on September 3, and was issued an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Michael Cashe, 44, Jeffersonville, PA, was charged September 1, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Speeding and was released on an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Derek G. Lukowiak, 23, Churchville, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding on September 3. Lukowiak will respond to charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Michelle L. Lambert, 28, Milton, PA, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Broken Vehicle Glass on September 1.  Lambert was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Parker D. Griffith, 20, Rochester, NY, was charged August 31, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding. Griffith will satisfy charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date.

Cindy M. White, 44, Sparta, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on August 31, and will answer charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

Robert Renzi, 57, Newark, NY, was arrested September 1, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and a Divided Highway Driving infraction.  Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Renzi was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Renzi will return to Avon Town Court to address charges on a later date.

Michael A. Bell, 33, Rochester, NY, was arrested September 5, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, No Interlock Device and Speeding.  Bell will respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Allyn G. Barnard, 59, Churchville, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Speeding on August 25.  Barnard will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Feyza G. Osmancikli, 23, Batavia, NY, was arrested August 28, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree. Osmancikli will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Adrien A. Fiorducci, 46, Wayland, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Driving Across Hazardous Markings on September 1. Fiorducci will respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Raymond M. Mandell, 35, Avon, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% of Greater and Insufficient Headlights on September 1.  Mandell will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
