7/16/17 12:09am- During an incident on County Road 31 in Friendship, State Police arrested Steven M. Warner, 44, of Belmont. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation-alcohol, refusal to take a breath test and two ATV violations. Bail was set at $1,500 cash.
7/16/17 2:59am- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the Town of Wellsville, State Police arrested Kelsey R. Perry, 21, of Wellsville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and a traffic infraction. He'll answer the charges in court at a later date.
7/16/17 1:20am- During a traffic stop on Mitchellsville Hill Road in Urbana, State Police arrested Michael D. Krisher, 49 of Bath. He was charged with DWI, BAC above .08%, resisting arrest and a traffic infraction. He was detained for court action.
