Wyoming County man facing felony charges

Ervin W. Delude, Sr., 45 of Gainesville, was arrested for the second time in as many days for two felony counts after allegedly violating an order of protection.  Delude is currently incarcerated in the Wyoming County Jail, and he was arrested on May 2, 2017 for placing over sixty phone calls since April 25, 2017 to a female who is currently protected from Delude by a stay away order of protection.  On May 2, 2017, the same date of his arrest, Delude allegedly had a different inmate in the jail call a person outside of the jail to then send text messages to the female victim on Delude’s behalf.  On May 3, 2017 Delude was arrested again and charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Aggravated Family Offense.  Delude is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail without bail.  Delude will answer the charges in the Village of Warsaw Court on May 22, 2017.
