Wellsville Police arrested Devon J. Hamilton, age 21 of Wellsville,
charging him with Petit Larceny. The
charge stems from an incident that took place at Walgreens in Wellsville. Hamilton was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Hamilton is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 23rd at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Douglas R. Miller, age 24 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, Failure to Keep Right, Leaving the Scene of
a Property Damage Auto Accident and Speed in Zone. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Seneca Street in the Village.
Miller was processed and released to a third party. Miller is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on June 27th at 4:30 p.m.
