Caneadea man charged with violating probation

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on May 4th, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Dustin W. Kish, 24, of Caneadea on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Caneadea Court. Kish, who was currently incarcerated in the Allegany County Jail on unrelated charges, was processed and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and remanded back to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Kish is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on May 11th at 9:30 a.m.
