Billy Joe Weston, 36, Lima, NY, was arrested March 5,
charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Aggravated
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree.
Following arraignment in Lima Town Court, Weston was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond. Weston will return to Lima Town Court to
answer charges on a later date.
Benjamin E. Breidenstein, 28, Hemlock, NY, was cited for
Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on March 10, and will respond to charges in
Livonia Town Court on a later date.
John A. Morris, 42, Nunda, NY, was charged with Harassment
2nd Degree on March 11, and will address charges in West Sparta Town Court on a
later date.
Jessica M. Sweeting, 39, Geneseo, NY, was arrested and charged
with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Promoting
Prison Contraband 1st Degree on March 8.
Following arraignment in Geneseo Village Court, Sweeting was remanded to
the custody of the Sheriff on $5,000 cash bail and will return to Geneseo
Village Court to answer charges on a later date.
Julia K. McMaster, 19, Lima, NY, was arrested March 3,
charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and Insecure License
Plate. McMaster will respond to charges
in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Santo J. Hernandez III, 30, Livonia, NY, was charged March
13, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and
Unlicensed Operator and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in
response to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Myles L. Parrotta, 22, East Rochester, NY, was arrested
March 9, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Improper/No Signal. Parrotta will address charges in Avon Town Court
on a later date.
Crystal D. Cardona, 26, Batavia, NY, was cited for
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree on March 7, and
was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in York Town Court on a
later date.
Debra A. Gross, 52, Gainesville, NY, was charged March 9,
with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Inadequate/No Muffler.
Gross will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Brad R. Wellman, 38, Campbell, NY, was arrested and charged
with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Refusal
to Submit to a Pre-Screen, Driving Across Hazardous Markings and Failure to
Keep Right on March 10. Wellman will
respond to charges in North Dansville Town Court on a later date.
Kirstie L. Slingerland, 26, Rochester, NY, was charged with
Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument on March 14, and following
arraignment in Livonia Town Court was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on
$1,000 cash bail. Slingerland will
return to Livonia Town Court to address charges on a later date.
Christopher J. Orman, 34, Avon, NY, was cited for Unlawful
Possession of Marihuana on March 13, and was released on an appearance ticket
to appear in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Rebecca L. Pattison, 29, Lima, NY, was charged with Criminal
Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree on March 7, and will respond to
charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Angela M. Mastromonico, 36, Rochester, NY, was charged March
16, with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Inadequate/No Muffler. Mastromonico was released on an appearance
ticket to respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Bryan A. Bailey, 34, Hunt, NY, was arrested and charged with
Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on March
16. Following arraignment in Sparta Town
Court, Bailey was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $25,000
cash bail. Bailey will return to Sparta
Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
James A. Keene, Jr., 32, Pittsford, NY, was charged March
15, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree and was
held on $100 cash bail following arraignment in Geneseo Town Court. Keene will address charges in Avon Town Court
on a later date.
Charles J. Demauro, 27, Livonia, NY, was cited for Petit
Larceny on March 16, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges
in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
