Deputies arrest Wellsville man during traffic stop
Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on
Thursday, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard B. Waters, age 32
of Wellsville. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation-2nd,
Failure to notify DMV of an address change and unsafe tire. The arrest stems
from a vehicle stop in the Town of Wellsville.
Waters was processed, issued appearance tickets and then released on his
own recognizance. Waters will appear in
the Town of Wellsville Court on March 23rd, 2017 for additional court action.
