Potter County crime news
A Tioga County man is in the Potter County Jail for an
incident in Sweden Township on June 2nd. Coudersport-based state
police say they arrested Sawyer Scott Freeman, 24, of Mansfield, PA. He was
charged with DUI, failing to use headlights after dark and failure to carry a
license. He was arraigned in District Court by Magisterial District Judge Bryan
D. Phelps. Freeman was remanded to Potter County Jail when he couldn’t produce
$10,000 cash bail. The court set a preliminary hearing for June 13th
at 11 a.m.
