On 06/02/2025 Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff's Office arrested DAMION MERRILL, age 19, of Friendship, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree after he was found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected methamphetamine while at the County Courthouse. MERRILL was processed, issued an appearance ticket for Village of Belmont Court and released.
