6/1/24 6:34 p.m.- State Police arrested Linda L.
Patterson, 50, of Wellsville. She was charged with one count each of
torture/injuring/ not feeding an animal. She was issued a court appearance
ticket and released.
6/1/24 11:56 p.m.- During a traffic stop in the Town
of Caneadea, Troopers arrested Bryan R. Gascon, 31, of Fillmore. He was charged
with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%. He was issued
tickets and released.
6/1/24 2:03 p.m.- After responding to a shoplifting
complaint in the Town of Allegany, Olean-based state police arrested Brianna M.
Clark, 40, of Wellsville. She was charged with petit larceny and released on an
appearance ticket.
