Hosted by Symplicity, the webinar also featured panelists
from Purdue University, Clayton State University, and the University of
Oklahoma among others. The format for the webinar was similar to a Q&A,
with the host asking questions and the panelists sharing their best practices,
impact, and overall experience with the module with one another.
“It was an honor to be a part of this panel of career
development professionals from these prestigious universities,” Morsman said.
“This webinar allowed us to share our experiences using the newly upgraded
Symplicity CSM virtual career platform with our colleagues from across the
country. The pandemic has caused hardships and challenges for everyone, and
every opportunity to lend support is so important. I applaud Symplicity for all
the support they have provided and for organizing these webinars.”
Since the spring semester, Alfred State College has been
hosting its career fairs virtually on JobLink, which is a Symplicity platform.
Alfred State’s most recent virtual career fair drew 80 employers and more than
300 students.
