NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Town of Wellsville’s board meeting regularly scheduled the second Wednesday of the month for November has been rescheduled to Thursday November 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the Wellsville Municipal Airport. This change is due to Wednesday being a holiday for Veterans Day.
LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
preliminary budget of the Town of Wellsville for the fiscal year beginning
January 01, 2021 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Wellsville
Municipal Airport, 2600 Tarantine Blvd, Wellsville, New York where it is
available for inspection by an interested person during regular business hours.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Wellsville will meet and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon, at the Wellsville Municipal Airport at 6:45 PM on the 12th day of November 2020 and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item or items therein contained. Pursuant to Article 8, Section 109 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected Town Officers are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor - $8,323.20
Councilperson - $13,790.40 (4 @ $3,447.60)
Town Clerk - $45,153.60
Highway Superintendent - $60,370.01
Tax Collector - $5,824.00
Town Justice - $10,276.93
