On April 15^th, 2020, Deputies were operating stationary patrol on State Route 19A, in the Town of Genesee Falls, when a vehicle was observed traveling northbound.  Deputies allegedly observed a vehicle and traffic violation and performed a traffic enforcement stop on State Route 19A at Denton Corners Road. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Osha Pries (22, of Perry) and a data check showed Pries had a suspended license. Pries was placed under arrest and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3^rd and Driver’s View Obstructed. Pries was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Genesee Falls Court at a later date.
