Troopers investigate death threat against Alma Town Clerk

Amity-based State Police have launched a criminal probe after an email was sent to Alma Town Clerk Michelle Staedt, threatening to kill her. The email was sent at 10:29 a.m. on April 9th. It warned Staedt that her "life is going to end soon." Town Supervisor Ronald Staedt had no comment regarding the email. State Police are working with the District Attorneys Office and the Internet Service Provider.
