NY State Police Blotter

4/9/20 9:03am- State Police arrested Andrew D. Jackling, 41, of Buffalo. He was charged with felony first-degree criminal sex act with a victim under the age of 11, felony first-degree sexual abuse, felony first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and misdemeanor forcible touching. The charges stem from an incident in the Town of Hume and reported August 20, 2019. Troopers also charged Jackling with felony first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child. Those charges were the result of an incident in the Town of Hume and reported October 31, 2019. He was remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
4/8/20 4pm- State Police arrested a 14-year-old female for Almond. She was charged with falsely reporting an incident on March 27th in the Town of Almond.
4/9/20 12:35pm- After investigating a shoplifting complaint in the Village of Bolivar, State Police arrested  Justin J. Nease, 39, of Bolivar. He was charged with petit larceny.
4/9/20 2:30pm- State Police arrested Joshua J. Sick, 35, of Dansville. He was charged with the following felony counts: criminal possession of stolen firearms, criminal possession of a weapon-defacing a weapon and criminal sale of a firearm.
