Statistics Update
In the United States, there are currently over 374,000
COVID-19 cases, and there have been over 12,000 deaths. In New York State,
there have been 138,836 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 5,489
deaths statewide with 731 deaths in the last 24 hours. Despite the highest
one-day death total yet, Governor Cuomo believes that the virus is nearing a
plateau. Allegany County’s statistics as of 3:00 p.m. on April 7, 2020, are as
follows:
Confirmed Cases: 17
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 1
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 218
Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 167
Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 51
