10/5/19 10:30am- State Police investigated a two-vehicle crash with injury at the intersection of State Route 21 and Satterlee Hill Road. Troopers listed the drivers as Richard F. Williams, 63, of Wellsville and Christopher N. Abrahams, 19, of Brooklyn, NY. Police said one person was injured.
10/5/19 5:36pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 19 in Friendship, State Police arrested David E. Delude, 38, of Concord, North Carolina. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08% and aggravated unlicensed operation involving three or more suspensions. He was initially detained.
