PRESS RELEASE:
The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations
and the Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Cindi E. Music, 43, of
Bolivar, New York, for Criminally Negligent Homicide and Criminal Sale of a
Controlled Substance in the third degree.
Charges stem from a four-month investigation into an overdose death in
the Village of Bolivar. Music was
processed at SP Amity and then arraigned in the Town of Wirt Court. Music was then sent to the Allegany County
Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 property bond. She is to reappear in the Village of Bolivar
Court at a later date. The New York
State Police were also assisted by the Allegany County District Attorney’s
Office.
