10/24/19 4:42am- After investigating an incident on State Route 305 in Clarksville, State Police arrested Toby S. Smith, 47, of Olean. He was charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operated first-degree (alcohol related), circumventing an ignition interlock device and use of a vehicle with an interlock device.
10/24/19 1:38pm- After being called to investigate a domestic dispute, State Police arrested Caleb J. Warner, 24, of Bolivar, He was issued an appearance ticket for criminal mischief and released.
10/25/19 12:10am- State Police arrested 20-year-old Michael A. Willover of Cuba. He was taken into custody on Wolf Creek Road in Clarksville and charged with two counts each of second-degree menacing with a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on his own recognizance.
