Livingston County Sheriff's Blotter

Brauchk D. Barnhart, 19, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on April 2.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Barnhart was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.

Justin P. Moore, 25, Livonia, NY, was arrested April 4, charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 2^nd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Moore was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond.  Moore will reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Sarina M. Tobin, 23, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and Inadequate/No Exhaust on April 7.  Tobin was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon own Court on a later date.

Salvatore F. Faliero, 55, Franklinville, NY, was arrested April 7, charged with Grand Larceny 4^th Degree.  Following arraignment in LC-CAP, Faliero was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail. Faliero will address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Dustin R. Wheeler, 27, Geneseo, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer Test, Speeding and Failure to Keep Right.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Wheeler was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Wheeler will respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Jeffrey D. Strong, 53, Almond, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust on April 8.  Strong was released on an appearance ticket to answer charged in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Roshunda N. Dickerson, 33, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on April 8, and was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Terry W. Davis, 37, Brockport, NY, was charged April 8, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and a non-transparent side window violation.  Davis was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Rudolph Hettis, 67, Geneseo, NY, was arrested April 1, charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Failure to Comply With a Lawful Order, Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign and Failure to Keep Right.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Hedtis was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Hettis will respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Sergio Muz, 40, Plainfield, NJ, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Consuming Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on a Highway and Failure to Keep Right on April 5.  Following LC-CAP arraignment , Muz was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 property bond.  Muz will address charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Devin A. Hedman, 45, Livonia, NY, was charged April 9, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Signal.  Hedman was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Pamela M. Metzger, 56, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Sticker on April 9.  Metzger was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Zachary T. Rocha, 20, Naples, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Sticker on April 5, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

William M. Marcello, 31, Rochester, NY, was charged April 4, with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Adam E. Labore, 31, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence on April 3.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Labore was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond.  Labore will reply to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Shannon M. Foster, 50, Lima, NY, was arrested on a warrant as a fugitive from another state and following LC-CAP arraignment is ordered held in the Livingston County Jail pending extradition to another state.

Zachary E. Morf, 36, Dansville, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Speeding on April 4, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in West Sparta Town Court on a later date.
