A Cuba woman was arrested early Sunday morning following a traffic stop on Interstate Parkway in the City of Bradford. Lewis Run-based state police issued a press release today saying:
PSP Lewis Run is investigating a DUI which occurred on Interstate Parkway, Bradford City, McKean County. The operator, 26-year-old Samantha Perkins, drove her vehicle after being told by the troopers not to drive after admitting to being under the influence of alcohol or an uncontrolled substance during a prior incident. The operator was placed under arrest. Charges are pending blood results.
