Campus collisions lead to aggravated DWI charge for SBU student

On April 17, 2019, SP Olean Troopers arrested Nathan V. Prisella, 19, of Corning, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (Over 0.18% BAC).
Troopers investigating a two separate hit-and-run accidents on the campus of St. Bonaventure University in the town of Allegany, observed Prisella, the operator of the vehicle, exhibiting obvious signs of impairment. Prisella subsequently failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was determined to have been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Prisella was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.18% BAC. Prisella was issued appearance tickets for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
