Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on April
12, 2019, Deputies arrested Chiragkumar C. Patel, age 34 of Wellsville, on an
Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Patel was processed and
transported to the Allegany County Jail without bail to be held pending an
appearance in Allegany County Court at a later date.
On April 11, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested
Joseph D. Edmund, age 31 of Bolivar on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant.
Edmund was processed and transported to the Allegany County Family Court where
he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at
$5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond.
