Wellsville Police arrested Cassandra L. Jacobs, age 26 of
Wellsville, charging her with AUO 3rd and Improper/No Signal. The charges stem from a traffic stop on the
Genesee Parkway in the Village. Jacobs
was issued traffic citations and released.
Jacobs is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 22nd at
4:30 p.m.
