Roulo, who was being released from the Allegany County
Jail on unrelated charges, was processed and arraigned in Allegany County Court
where he was remanded back to the County Jail with bail set at $1,000.00 cash or
$2,000.00 bond and scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on February
25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. for additional court action.
