Wellsville Police arrested Donald W. Schultz, age 48 of
Almond, charging him with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd. The charges stem
from an incident that took place on North Main Street. Schultz was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Schultz was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $100.00 cash bail
or $200.00 property bond. Schultz is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on December 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Jason P. Yerger, age 34 of
Middleburg, PA, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated
DWI w/BAC of .18% or more and Speed in Zone.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village
of Wellsville. Yerger was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Yerger was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property bond. Yerger is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on December 4th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Dakota J. Williams, age 22 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony) and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges
stem from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road in the Village of
Wellsville. Williams was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Williams was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $1,500.00 cash bail. Williams is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on December 4th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Erika R. Killingbeck, age 31 of Olean,
charging her with Failure to Appear on Court and/or pay fine on a previous
Issuing a Bad Check charge. Killingbeck
was located by the Allegany Police Department and turned over to Wellsville
Police. Killingbeck was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Killingbeck paid her fine
in full and was released.

Wellsville, charging him with a Probation Violation. West was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
West was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash
bail. West is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on December 18th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Lori A. Bowker, age 38 of Scio,
charging her with Criminal Trespass 3rd and Petit Larceny. Bowker was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Bowker is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 11th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Coty J. Denning, age 23 of
Andover, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) and
Inadequate Muffler. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on Park Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Denning was issued traffic citations and
released. Denning is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on December 11th at 4:30 p.m.
