On Friday, November 30th at approximately 9:00 a.m.
following a domestic dispute in the village, Cuba Police arrested Yvonne Gavett,
52, of Cuba. Gavett was processed and charged with trespass (violation). Gavett
was issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Gavett is presumed
innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
