Cattaraugus deputies arrest Scio man

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday arrested Edward A. Wagoner, 42, of 4428 State Route 19 in Scio. He was taken into custody on a bench warrant for failure to appear in Cattaraugus County court. He was remanded to the county jail in Little Valley until court returns to session. Allegany County deputies assisted.
