Wellsville Police arrested Dylan, C. Irvin, age 20 of Olean,
NY, charging him with Aggravated Harassment 2nd. The charge stems from an investigation into
an incident that took place on December 17th.
A subsequent investigation revealed that Irvin was in Violation of an
active Order of Protection issued by the Town of Wellsville Court. Irvin was additionally charged with Criminal
Contempt 2nd for violating the Order of Protection and AUO 3rd for driving to
the Wellsville Police Station while his New York State Driver’s License was
Revoked. Irvin was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Irvin was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $500.00 cash bail. Irvin is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on January 15th at 4:30 p.m.
