12/18/18 10:36pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 21 in the town of Almond, state police arrested Elizabeth J. Porter, 53, of Andover. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and operator impair by drugs 1st degree. She will answer the charges in court at a later date.
12/19/18 1:46am- After investigating a domestic dispute in the village of Bolivar, state police arrested Brian J. Learn, 36, of Alma. He was charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order.
