Conesus, NY, was arrested November 22, charged with Harassment 2nd
Degree. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
Dauphinee was released on his own recognizance to appear in answer to charges
in Conesus Town Court on a later date.
Maurica N. Gloria, 31, Painted
Post, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Speeding on November 23.
Gloria was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in
Leicester Town Court on a later date.
Mark C. Harrington, 51, Livonia,
NY, was arrested and charged with Predatory Sexual Assault on November 26, and
after LC-CAP arraignment was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail with no
bail. Harrington will answer charges in
Conesus Town Court on a later date.
Krystofer C. Garrison, 20,
Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th
Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree on November 12, and following
LC-CAP arraignment was released on his own recognizance to respond to charges
in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
John I. Rosario, 46, Henrietta,
NY, was arrested November 26, charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd
Degree. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
Rosario was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $350 cash bail. Rosario will address charges in Livonia Town
Court on a later date.
Jacquelyn S. Jackson, 41,
Piffard, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Nuisance 2nd
Degree on November 18. Jackson was
released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in York Town
Court on a later date.
Justyn P. Jackson, 19, York, NY,
Kierra L. Shaffer, 18, Lakeville, NY, Payton M. Decker, 19, Avon, NY, Anthony
R. Simonds, 20, Leicester, NY, Shawn M. Walburn-Lewis, 20, Pavilion, NY,
Zachariah A. Conlin, 20, Attica, NY, and a 17 year old were charged with
Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21 Years of Age on November
18, and were released on appearance tickets to reply to charges in York Town Court on a later date.
John B. Wilson, 31, was arrested
and charged with four counts each of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree
and endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count each of Criminal Mischief
4th Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree on November 16. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Wilson was
committed to the Livingston County Jail on $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property
bond. Wilson will respond to charges in
Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Michael A. Walton, 49, Geneseo,
NY, was arrested November 23, charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated and
Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Walton was ordered held in the Livingston
County Jail with no bail. Walton will
address charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.
Robert G. Hess, Jr., 30, Perry,
NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny on November 8. Hess was released on an appearance ticket and
will answer charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later date.
Steven E. Snyder, 63, Atlanta,
NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument and
Inadequate/No Exhaust on November 26.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Snyder was remanded to the custody of the
Sheriff on $750 cash bail. Snyder will
answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
William M. Bertch, 46, Nunda,
NY, was arrested November 24, charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th
Degree, Menacing 2nd Degree and Harassment 2nd
Degree. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
Bertch was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash
bail. Bertch will reply to charges in
Portage Town Court on a later date. Bertch was additionally charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree on
November 24, and was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Nunda
Town Court on a later date.
Patricia Nace, 63, Mt. Morris, NY,
was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd Degree on November 20,
and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court
on a later date.
Taylor I. Aponte, 24, Rochester,
NY, was arrested November 19, charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon,
Operation a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration and Operating a Motor
Vehicle Without Insurance. Aponte was
released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a
later date.
Kimberly A. Ritz, 56, Geneseo, NY,
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving
While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Improper Turn and
Failure to Keep Right on November 27.
Ritz will answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Nicholas A. Perham, 33, Nunda,
NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree on
November 15, and following LC-CAP arraignment was remanded to the Livingston
County Jail on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 property Bond. Perham will answer charges in Nunda Village
Court on a later date. Perham was also
held on a detainer warrant issued by New York State Parole.
