Wellsville Police on Monday arrested Timothy S. Lewis, 33,
of Wellsville charging him with a Sex Offender Registry Violation (Class E
Felony). The charge stems from an
investigation into Lewis allegedly not registering a social media account. Lewis was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh.
Lewis was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on
October 16th at 4:30 p.m.
