On Thursday September 13th at approximately 3:25pm Cuba Police arrested Matthew J. Collins, 37, of Cuba. Collins was arrested and charged with petit larceny (misdemeanor), criminal possession of stolen property 5th (misdemeanor) and offering a false written statement (misdemeanor). Collins was processed and released to appear at a later date. Collins is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
