Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 42 of
Scio, charging him with Disorderly Conduct and Open Container Violation. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on North Main Street in the Village.
Fronczak was processed and arraigned before associate Wellsville Village
Justice Walsh. Fronczak pled guilty and
was committed to the Allegany County Jail for 15 days.
