Wellsville Police arrested Nicholas A. Gray, age 20 of
Wellsville, charging him with Possession of Alcohol by person under 21 years of
age. The charge stems from an incident
that took place on North Main Street in the Village. Gray was issued an appearance ticket and
released. Gray is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on May 15th at 4:30 p.m.

charging him with Disorderly Conduct.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street
in the Village. The youth was issued an
appearance ticket and released to a parent.
The youth is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 15th at
4:30 p.m.
