Wellsville Police arrested Brandon A. Gilbert, age 23 of
Bradford, PA, and Daniel N. Freidly age 26 of Wellsville, charging them each
with an Open Container Violation. The
charges stem from an incident that took place on West Hanover Street in the
Village. Gilbert and Freidly were both
issued appearance tickets and released.
Gilbert and Freidly are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May
29th at 4:30 p.m.
