Wellsville Police arrested Nicole M. Perry, age 26 of
Whitesville, charging her with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and No/Inadequate
Lights. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village.
Perry was processed and released to a third party. Perry is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on April 17th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Cody M. Clark, age 25 of Alfred, charging
him with failure to appear in court on a previous aggravated unlicensed
operation 3rd charge. Clark was located
in Alfred by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and transported to
Wellsville. Clark was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Clark posted $250.00 cash bail and was
released. Clark is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on April 17th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Michele L. Rix, age 47 of
Wellsville, charging her with a Violation of Probation. Rix was processed and turned over to the
Allegany County Sheriff’s Department.
Rix is due to appear in Allegany County Court at a later date.
