The Alfred Housing Committee is proud to announce that Jill Whitney
will take over the Administrative Assistants position which will be vacated by
the retiring Tina Miller. Jill comes to us from Community Bank in Wellsville,
NY.
Jill was born in Canisteo, NY
and moved to Wellsville NY, and upon graduation from Canisteo High School,
attended SUNY Alfred where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science.
She currently lives in Wellsville with her husband Steve, and her two daughters
Julia and Ashley.
A 15-year veteran of the banking
sector, her experience includes commercial loan administration (Main Street
Branch) and providing superior customer service (Bolivar Road Branch).
Jill will be responsible
for bookkeeping and general management of Gardner Heights, Wellsville Woods,
Carpenter Commons and Highland Pointe Apartment Complexes, which total 100
units of safe affordable housing for senior, disabled and low income families.
Jill’s first official
day is May 1st. Please take a moment to stop by the Alfred Housing Committee’s
