Wellsville Police arrested Zakary S. Cobb, age 28 of Bolivar,
charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and Speed in
Zone. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Cobb was issued traffic citations and
released. Cobb is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on February 20th at 4:30 p.m.
