Wellsville Police arrested Dante L. Carlton, age 27 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing
or Circulation and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Stevens Street on February 3rd.
Carlton was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge
O’Connor. Carlton was released and is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.
