2/3/18 5:05pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 40 in Clarksville, state police arrested Norman W. Grabbitt, 56, of Wellsville. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Court action is pending.
2/3/18 10:01pm- During a traffic stop on County Road 6 in Clarksville, state police arrested Ralph W. Ingerson, 64, of Cuba. He was charged with aggravated DWI. He was issued tickets for court and released.
