2/3/18 2:30am- State police arrested John M. Whipple, 72, of Panhandle, TX. He was taken into custody on State Route 19 in the Village of Wellsville and charged with criminal possession of a firearm/weapon 4th degree. He was detained pending court action.
2/1/18 7:49pm- State police arrested Angela L. Burdick, 40, of Friendship. She was charged with petit larceny and in a bench warrant.
