Bolivar man faces charges in McKean County

Pennsylvania State Police say a Bolivar man is facing charges after he was stopped in McKean County early Saturday morning. Troopers said they conducted a traffic stop on Route 155 in Annin Township involving 25-year-old Donovan L. Austin. Kane-based troopers said Donovan will be charged via criminal complaint in District Court with possession of marijuana and DUI.
